Service members only

Off course it's not only for people who are involved in the service of Industrial Automation and Machine Building.

How hot can it be...Calculating risc of a production line with production stop. It's a companies nightmare.
Never the less, cooperation between installation companies, productionline/machine owners and PartTracker can achieve a lot to minimize downtime.

We have brainstorm sessions with installation companies and their customers to increase the service, all the way up to  part level.

Case:
Problem in a production line, a production stop. A service call is made to the company in question that supervises the installation and provides the service. The engineer at the service company, isolates the problem and recons that it's a communication board in one of the critical systems that broke down.
1. The system is 10 years old, the part isn't on stock, because these arrangements haven't been made with the customer regarding emergency stock.
2. The part is obsolete these days.
3. Availability, search and rescue.
4. Delivery time.

All these topics can be tackled in a quite simple way....we know just how to do this.
